Gavin James Glover

Gavin is the firms Litigation partner and has expertises in all areas of private and commercial Litigation.
Gavin was previously a Partner in a Staffordshire Law firm until 2007 before moving to Birmingham to head up the Family Litigation department for a Birmingham based firm with five offices in 2008. In January 2010, Gavin joined Thomas & Co Solicitors as a Partner of the practice and Head of Litigation.
Gavin lives with his wife, Helen and dog, Murphy in their Staffordshire home and enjoys an active social life with friends and family. Gavin is also an avid sports fan.

Martin Chico Priest
Partner
Martin Priest is the firm’s non-contentious partner with expertise in all types of property matters, residential and commercial conveyancing, wills and probate, landlord and tenant and leasehold enfranchisement.
Before training as a solicitor, Martin had a successful career in Sales and Marketing. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and was quickly promoted to become a partner of his previous firm.
Although Martin originates from Birmingham, he now lives in Warwickshire with his wife and actively supports local businesses and his cricket club.

Joel Antoni Allen
G.Inst.L.EX
Joel is based at the Head Office in Kings Heath and has been involved in Conveyancing since 2001 when he was invited by Sydney Mitchell Solicitors to join their growing Conveyancing/Remortgage Department. In 2004, Joel joined Davisons Solicitors and remained there for some six years. During this time, Joel developed his skills as a Residential Conveyancer whilst also broadening his knowledge base to include aspects of Family Law, including Children Act matters and Landlord & Tennant disputes.
Joel is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives (G.Inst.L.Ex) and joined Thomas & Co in July 2010. He currently deals with all types of Residential Sales and Purchases together with Landlord and Tennant disputes and Children Act matters.
In his spare time, Joel enjoys spending time with his Wife and young daughter. He is an avid supporter of Newport Gwent Dragons RFC and the Welsh Rugby Union team, whilst also supporting Aston Villa FC. He plays the drums in a band and can occasionally be found playing various venues around Birmingham at the weekends.

Susan Jane Baker
Solicitor
Susan specialises in Wills and Probate and is based at the Quinton Office. Susan was educated at Edgbaston High School for Girls, Birmingham and obtained a Law Degree from Birmingham University. Following her Articles of Clerkship with Kingsley Napley & Co., London, she qualified in 1979.
After relocation to South Wales, she worked as an Assistant Solicitor specialising in Conveyancing in Newport, Gwent before returning to the West Midlands. Since this time she has specialised in Conveyancing and Wills and Probate.
Susan lives in Hagley with her husband and enjoys an active social life. She has three grown-up children.
